The Geocel 700 Water Repellant Sealer is a siloxane sealer designed to weatherproof old and new masonry and concrete surfaces. It has a water-based formulation that protects against damaging freeze-thaw cycles. The long lasting breathable barrier provides resistance against cracking, airborne dust and dirt, efflorescence, and spalling. Geocel 700 is a zero VOC water repellant and requires no priming before application.
