F-4075S Fluted Solid Poplar Plain Box Newel posts are designed to work as a starting, landing or intermediate newel and pairs well with the 4091, 4092 and 4375 box newel posts. Newel is 3-1/2 inch x 58 inch. Custom sizes are available on a per job quote. Poplar is the best choice for a paint grade newel with its tight grain and economical cost. It can also be stained dark to match walnut, mahogany and Brazilian cherry hardwoods. The F-4075S Fluted Solid Plain Box Newels are solid core, not hollow. Item generally ships in about 2 to 3 business days. Also available fluted or constructed with lock mitered corners. Box newel is also avaialble as a half newel at 70% of the wholesale price.
