2900W Rail Bolt Wrench The 2900W Rail Bolt Wrench is used to install 3000, 3000-1 and 3000-5 Rail Bolts. This practical tool makes it easy to install and remove newel posts and balusters. The bolt wrench can be used in one of three ways. It can drive the handrail bolt into the pre-drilled hole in the handrail. Once the rail bolt has been attached, the wrench can start the nut onto the end of the handrail. It can also be used to install the handrail once the nut has been started. Unlike a strap wrench, the bolt wrench can be held from both ends for easy tightening and loosening. Tightening nuts and bolts is an important part of stair maintenance.
